Sometimes that is exactly the performance you want in the can.<\/p>\n<p>We have shot the final scene on day one four times now. Twice it was a scheduling accident and twice it was deliberate, and in all four cases the performance came in quieter and more certain than it would have on the last afternoon of a tired week.<\/p>\n<p>The argument against it is continuity, and the argument is real: hair, wardrobe and the emotional temperature all have to be decided before anyone has found the film.
