Answers before you
have to ask twice
If none of these covers your situation, the coordinator line is answered by a person between 8:00 and 18:00, Monday to Friday.
Ask us directlyAge matters far less than tissue quality, health status and how stable your goal is. We operate on patients from 18 to 79. What we will not do is operate on someone whose expectations changed in the last six months, at any age.
Eyelid surgery is about eight days with makeup. Rhinoplasty is roughly two weeks to a splint-free face, though fine swelling settles over a year. A deep plane lift is three weeks before you would be comfortable at dinner, six before photographs. You get a week-by-week sheet at your pre-op.
Tell us at any review. Most concerns raised before month six turn out to be swelling rather than shape, and we will show you the imaging that demonstrates it. If a genuine revision is indicated within twelve months, our surgical fee is waived and you pay theatre and anesthesia cost only.
Yes for a first conversation and for out-of-state patients. We cannot quote or book surgery from a video call — every surgical patient is examined in person at least once before a date is issued.
Sometimes, and it is often the safer choice — one anesthetic, one recovery. Our limit is four hours of operating in a single sitting. Anything beyond that gets staged, even when it means a second trip and a second recovery.
About a third of our surgical list. Male rhinoplasty, gynecomastia correction, eyelid surgery and neck work are the most common. Planning differs meaningfully — male facial proportions and skin thickness are not a variation on a female template.
What the year
actually looks like
Including the mandatory two-week pause between planning and booking.
Enquiry call
Fifteen minutes with a coordinator to check that what you want is something we do, and roughly what it costs.
Surgical consult
Examination, 3D capture, history, and the honest conversation about whether now is the right time.
Pre-op workup
Bloods, anesthetic review, garment fitting and a written quote with nothing left to add later.
Theatre
Arrival at 6:30am, marking with your surgeon, and a recovery nurse assigned to you by name.
Follow-up
Four scheduled reviews with imaging at each, plus a direct line to the nurse lead for anything in between.
Six operations, performed
often enough to do quietly well
Times are theatre times, not appointment times. Recovery figures are median, not best case.

|
Repositioning the layer beneath the muscle rather than pulling skin. The swept look comes from tension, so we release instead of tighten. | 5 hrs | General | 3 weeks

Fat repositioned rather than removed wherever the orbit allows, which is what keeps the hollowed look away at year five. | 2 hrs | Local + sedation | 8 days

Breast surgery
Breast
|
Augmentation, reduction, lift and implant exchange. Sizing uses your own measurements and a wearable trial, not showroom guesswork. | 2–4 hrs | General | 10 days
| 05 |

Body
|
Abdominoplasty, VASER lipocontouring and post-weight-loss reshaping, staged so no operation runs past four hours of anesthesia. | 3–5 hrs | General | 3–4 weeks

Send this and a coordinator calls within one working day to answer questions and, if it makes sense, offer consultation times. First surgical consults are $250, credited in full against surgery.
