What a proper assessment hour looks like

Every new member starts with the same hour, whether they are twelve or fifty-two. It is not a lesson, and nobody sells you anything at the end of it.

The first twenty minutes are strokes on video from two angles. The next twenty are movement — a simple screen that shows whether the problem in your backhand is technique or hips. The last twenty are points, because how someone plays a point tells you more than how they hit a ball.

You leave with two technical priorities, one physical and one tactical. Short enough to remember, specific enough to measure at the six-week review.
