Our instructors are practitioners, not presenters. This is the kit list and the script format that gets them through it.
The kit is deliberately cheap: a phone on a tripod, a lavalier microphone, and whatever light the room already has. Anything more and instructors start behaving like they are on television, which is exactly the failure mode we are trying to avoid.
The script is a single page of headings, never sentences. Headings keep the running order without inviting anyone to read aloud. If a take goes wrong we keep filming and fix it in the next sentence, the way you would if a colleague asked you the same question at your desk.
