A half day built around you doing the work. We start alongside with the parts of the boat that matter, then go out and actually use them: steering to a compass course, trimming the main, tacking, and picking up a mooring buoy under sail if the wind allows.
We cap it at two guests per skipper so nobody spends the afternoon watching. No experience is assumed and nothing is rushed — most people are steering inside the first half hour.
