What do I get when I purchase a theme? You get the theme zip file, the starter-site demo content, full documentation, and a license key covering one year of updates and support. Everything is available in your account immediately after checkout.
Are your themes GPL licensed? Yes. The core PHP code of every theme is licensed under the GPL, the same license WordPress itself uses. Bundled design assets like images, icons, and fonts are licensed separately and are not covered by the GPL.
How many sites can I use a single theme license on? A single theme purchase includes one license, which can be activated on one live site at a time. If you need to use it on a different site later, you can deactivate it on the old site and activate it on the new one from your account dashboard.
What’s included in the All-Access Bundle? The All-Access Bundle includes 20 licenses that can be used across any combination of our themes, on up to 20 sites, plus one year of updates and support for everything included.
Do you offer free themes? Yes, we offer free, fully GPL-licensed themes. Free themes don’t include a license key, premium support, or the extended update cycle that comes with premium purchases.
What’s the difference between free and premium themes? Premium themes include a license key for one year of updates and priority support, additional page templates, and typically more built-in features and design options than our free themes.
How long do I receive updates and support? Every premium license includes one year of updates and support starting from your purchase date.
What happens when my license expires? Your theme keeps working on your site with no interruption. However, you’ll stop receiving new updates and won’t have access to support until you renew your license.
Can I renew an expired license? Yes, licenses can be renewed at any time from your account dashboard to restore updates and support access.
Do you offer refunds? No. Because our themes and plugins are digital products delivered instantly after purchase, we don’t offer refunds. We recommend reviewing the live demo and documentation, or emailing us with pre-sales questions, before buying.
Can I use your themes on client websites? Yes. Since our themes are GPL-licensed for the code, you’re welcome to use them on client projects. Each live site still counts toward your license count.
Can I resell or redistribute your themes? No. Even though the PHP code is GPL, the bundled design assets are proprietary, and we don’t allow reselling, sharing, or repackaging our themes or plugins under any branding, free or paid.
Do your themes work with page builders? Our themes are built for the WordPress Full Site Editor (FSE) and block editor. Compatibility with third-party page builders varies by theme, so check the individual product page or ask us before purchasing if you rely on a specific builder.
Do you support third-party plugins? We don’t provide support for compatibility issues with third-party plugins, page builders, or custom code outside of what’s included in the original theme package.

Where do the demo images come from, and can I reuse them? Demo photos are sourced from free stock platforms including Pexels, Pixabay, StockSnap, and PxHere, and are shown for demonstration purposes only. Check each platform’s current license terms if you plan to reuse the images themselves.
How do I import the demo content shown on the preview site? Each theme’s documentation includes step-by-step instructions for importing the demo content using our recommended import tool.
Are your themes compatible with WooCommerce or other eCommerce plugins? Select themes are built with eCommerce features in mind. Check the individual theme’s feature list on its product page to confirm WooCommerce compatibility before purchasing.
