2. Theme License
All BlockWPThemes products are released under the General Public License (GPL). This means that once purchased, you are free to use the theme or plugin’s code across your own or your clients’ domains, for personal or commercial projects, and to modify the code as needed. A separate license key is issued per purchase to enable one year of updates and support; the GPL license for the code itself does not expire. 3. Support
Purchasing a theme is a one-time payment, but included updates and support run for one year from your purchase date. During that period, you have access to our support team for installation help, pre-sales questions, and issues directly related to the theme or plugin itself. When contacting support, please include your WordPress version and the URL of the site where the product is installed so we can assist efficiently.
Support is provided by email at support@blockwpthemes.com; we do not offer support by phone, social media, or blog comments. We generally respond within one business day, Monday through Saturday. Please note that we do not provide support for compatibility issues with third-party plugins, page builders, or custom code not included with the original theme package. Support renewals after the first year can be purchased separately if you wish to continue receiving updates and assistance.
4. Refund Policy
All of our themes and plugins are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Because the files and license key are accessible to you immediately after checkout, we do not offer refunds once a purchase has been completed, regardless of whether the product has been downloaded or used. Please review the theme demo, documentation, and feature list carefully, and contact us with any pre-sales questions before buying, to make sure the product is right for your needs.
5. Copyright and Demo Content
The photographs used in our theme demos are sourced from free stock photography platforms, including Pexels, Pixabay, StockSnap, and PxHere. These images are provided for demonstration purposes only, to help you visualize how the theme will look once your own content is added, and are not sold or distributed as part of our theme packages. Each of these platforms offers images under licenses that permit free use, modification, and distribution without requiring attribution; however, since licensing terms can be updated by these platforms at any time, we encourage you to review their current license terms directly if you plan to reuse the demo images themselves. No copyrighted or proprietary photography is bundled with our theme packages.
6. Coding Standards
Our themes and plugins are developed in accordance with the official WordPress Coding Standards to ensure compatibility, security, and long-term maintainability.
7. Warranty and Liability
