Most livery disputes are not about money. They are about an assumption nobody wrote down: who calls the vet at two in the morning, how much turnout counts as turnout, what happens to a month’s fees when a horse goes to a competition yard for four weeks.
Ours runs to two pages and names a person for every decision. Read any contract for those five clauses before you read the price. If they are missing, the price is not the number you think it is.
