German cockroaches and household ants are colony problems, so killing what you can see achieves very little. Both need water more urgently than food, which is why the first thing a technician looks for is a slow leak, condensation or standing water under an appliance.
We place gel bait inside voids, hinge gaps and along runs. Foragers carry it back and the colony consumes it, which reaches the nest we cannot physically reach. Spraying open surfaces is avoided — it repels foragers away from the bait and makes the problem harder to finish.
Expect activity to rise for two or three days as the colony moves through treated areas. Ants and roaches typically drop off within 7 to 10 days.
