BWT Pest Control Pro

Termite Control

Termites eat wood from the inside out and leave the paint layer intact, so the first visible sign is usually a section of skirting that sounds hollow when tapped. By then a subterranean colony has often been working for three to five years.

We inspect the sub-floor, foundation walls, roof void and any timber in ground contact, taking moisture readings as we go. Mud tubes, frass and buckling paint are photographed and mapped. Treatment is either a bait system around the perimeter or direct injection into active workings, depending on species and access.

You receive a written report on affected framing suitable for a lender or a conveyancer, plus an inspection schedule — annual monitoring is what keeps a treated property clear.
