Most people leave the vet holding a receipt and a vague sense that something happened. We would rather you left knowing what we found, what we ruled out, and what you are watching for at home.
The clinic is owner-operated, which means the person who examines your dog on Tuesday is the person who calls you about the results on Thursday. No rotating staff, no handing you off, no repeating the story.
