Routine prevention through to surgery, under one roof. If your pet needs something we cannot do well here, we will say so and send you to someone who can.

Kidney, thyroid, arthritis and heart disease managed over years, with quality-of-life check-ins built into the plan.

Separate cat entrance, non-slip floors, treats first. Restraint is the last resort, not the first.
Bloodwork, cytology and urinalysis run on site — most answers come back the same visit.
You approve a written estimate first. If the plan changes mid-visit, we call before we spend.
Pick whichever line sounds most like this morning. We will tell you how fast it usually needs looking at.
We will show you roughly how quickly it needs attention and what to do in the meantime. Nothing here replaces a phone call — it just helps you decide whether to make one now or after breakfast.
Call +1 (000) 575-898This guide is general information, not a diagnosis, and it cannot examine your pet. If something feels wrong to you, call us. We would far rather hear from you early and find nothing.
Four steps, every time, whether you are here for a nail trim or a diagnosis you were dreading.
The first ten minutes are yours. What changed, when it started, what you have already tried. Owners notice things instruments never will.
On the floor, on your lap, in the carrier with the top removed — wherever your pet is least frightened. Cats stay in the room; we bring the equipment to them.
Every recommended test comes with a price and a reason, split into what we need today and what can wait. You choose. If the plan changes, we call first.
A plain-English summary lands in your inbox before closing: what we found, what it means, the dose and the date we want to see you again.
Monthly membership covering the preventive work we would recommend anyway. Not insurance — it does not cover illness or accidents, and we will tell you plainly when it is not worth it for your pet.
The first year for puppies and kittens, from the first shot to the spay or neuter.
Adult dogs and cats between one and seven — the years it is easiest to let slide.
Seven and over, when small changes matter and we want to catch them early.
A nurse answers the phone during opening hours — no queue system, no call-back form. Ask us anything, including whether you need to come in at all.
+1 (000) 575-898We keep slots free every morning for pets who have taken a turn. Call before ten and there is nearly always something the same afternoon. If we are genuinely full, we will tell you straight away and point you at the nearest emergency hospital rather than leaving you waiting for a call back.
We are open until eight on weekdays and six at weekends, and we triage walk-ins throughout. Outside those hours we are not staffed for critical care, so our voicemail gives the direct number for the 24-hour hospital nine minutes away. We receive their notes the next morning and follow up ourselves.
Age is not a disease. What matters is organ function, so we run bloodwork and, where relevant, blood pressure and cardiac checks first. Every patient gets an individually calculated protocol, intravenous fluids, a warming mattress and a dedicated nurse monitoring depth, blood pressure and temperature from induction until they are lifting their head.
Almost always, and we would prefer it. Pets settle faster with their person in sight, and you catch things we would otherwise have to ask about. The exceptions are radiographs, where you are asked to step out for radiation safety, and the rare occasion where a frightened animal is genuinely calmer without an audience — we will explain why if that comes up.
Payment is due on the day, and we complete claim forms for every major insurer at no charge — usually within two working days. We can also submit pre-authorisation before a planned procedure so you know what your policy will return before you commit to it.
Any previous records, the packaging of whatever food and medication they are on, and a fresh stool sample if you can manage it. Bring your pet hungry — treats do most of our handling work. Cats travel best in a top-opening carrier with a towel over it.
Book a wellness exam, ask about a lump you have been ignoring, or just call and describe what you are seeing. We will tell you honestly whether it needs an appointment.
